When the pandemic strikes and things become tough and unpleasant to cope with, like tough individuals who stepped in and find a way to keep going, we also resorted to different activities to cope. However, as a result of this never-ending loop, we've become weary of attempting to think about and adjust to this 'new normal,' while in truth, it is evidently not normal. And it is at this point when pandemic fatigue struck.
About the Facilitator:
Being a counselor by profession, she has more than 7 years of experience in dealing with HS and College students. She completed her BS Psychology degree in 2014 and graduated as Cum Laude at Philippine Normal University. She is a Civil Service licensee (2014), a Licensed Professional Teacher (2015), a Registered Psychometrician(2016), a Certified Mental Health First Aider (2018) and a Certified Mental Health First Responder (2019). With a passion to help, she is pursuing her dream to become a psychologist; she is currently taking Master in Psychology with specialization in Clinical Psychology (2017-present) at Polytechnic University of the Philippines.
